I think the shoot got off to a rough start, but once we found our rhythm, I actually really enjoyed it. Honestly, I don't often enjoy shoots. I can get social anxiety, so I often struggle. But I really enjoyed working with these actors. It was my first time directing a film that I'd written in a few years, and it was my first time directing something dramatic in a while too, so needless to say I was very nervous. But in the end, I was almost disappointed when the shoot was over. I was physically tired, but mentally could have continued for weeks!
I'm really proud of the entire crew. I loved working with each and every one of them.
