This module however, is worrying. I think it could be good, but it's going to be a struggle. I'm worried about having to talk to people that I really don't know, which probably sounds stupid, but I will struggle with it. I always do. If I can get a good placement and if I can get a good person to interview, I'll be very happy. I am helping out on the fourth year film, so in theory I probably will fulfil my forty hours, but I would like to do something a bit more useful than that! I haven't the faintest idea who I'm going to get to interview- I don't really know anyone in the industry. David read a whole list of opportunities the uni itself had set up. Most of them weren't really my sort of thing, but there was one about making a video for the Barnardo's Visitor's Centre at HMP Edinburgh which sounded pretty good, so I might apply for that and see what happens. I doubt I'll get the job, because I really have no experience and I'm terrible at interviews! But I'll give it a go.
